Sistema de evaluación y acreditaciones de las competencias profesionales

¿Sabes qué es la competencia profesional de una persona?

Es el conjunto de sus conocimientos y capacidades que le permiten realizar una actividad profesional de acuerdo a las exigencias de nuestro sistema productivo y el empleo.

Con el proceso de evaluación y acreditación de competencias profesionales, se reconocen, evalúan y acreditan esos conocimientos y capacidades adquiridos a través de la experiencia laboral y de vías no formales de formación.
Este año, por primera vez en España, se ha desarrollado el proceso de evaluación y acreditación de competencias para la familia de edificación y obra civil. En este contexto, el Consejo Territorial de la Fundación Laboral de Navarra ha colaborado con su Gobierno autonómico en el proceso de asesoramiento y evaluación para el Certificado de Profesionalidad de Albañilería de Nivel I.

Además, para ayudar en los trámites a las personas interesadas, desde Navarra se ha llevado a cabo el proceso de acreditación de este Certificado de Profesionalidad (ya finalizado). Para ello, primero realizó una labor de asesoramiento al solicitante de la acreditación y, posteriormente, la evaluación de sus competencias profesionales.

Para finalizar el proceso, el Servicio Navarro de Empleo de la Comunidad Foral de Navarra (que tutela y financia todo el proceso), expide la acreditación oficial para toda España y procede a su registro.

En esta misma línea, el Consejo Territorial de Aragón está trabajando para poder llevar a cabo este proceso con los certificados de profesionalidad de Nivel I. Te iré informando de la evolución de este proyecto.

Sería bueno que dieras más información sobre cómo se ha llevado a cabo en Navarra ese proceso, en qué han consistido, a través de qué instrumentos se han evaluado las habilidades y competencias. ¡ Cualquier información será bienvenida !.
